Lines for the production of fatty products

Private Enterprise "Alfa-SBT" (the company is also known as Tetera-OTICH LLC) has extensive practical experience in designing lines for the production of various fatty products (spreads, margarine, mayonnaise, etc.). Lines of various capacities have been put into operation: from 150 kg/hour to 11500 kg/hour. Modern lines have a high level of automation. The productivity and level of automation of the lines is agreed with the Customer based on the technical specifications.

The Alfa-SBT enterprise in its structure has divisions for the design of equipment, its manufacture, installation and commissioning. When executing an order for the supply of a production line, the following activities are performed:

1. Pre-design studies of the facility: industrial premises, engineering environments, energy resources;
2. Design of a production line in accordance with the Customer’s technical specifications;
3. Manufacturing of equipment;
4. Installation and adjustment of equipment;
5. Warranty service of the production line and technological support of existing production facilities.

The development of production lines is carried out on the basis of the Customer’s Technical Specifications, which must contain:

- Required product range and line productivity;
- Type of packaging of the product (pouring into transport containers or rigid packaging, packaging into briquettes with preliminary storage in a refrigerator, packaging into briquettes using the in-line method);
- Level of production automation (preferably indicating models of automation equipment);
- Production floor plan ;
- Providing the enterprise with engineering environments and energy resources.;
